I’m not familiar with Greater Cincinnati, save for the Reds, Bengals, Bearcats, and Musketeers. However, I do know about the Over-The-Rhine and College Hill neighborhoods in the center of town. So the Ohio Secretary of State thinks it’s a good idea to move the early voting area to a more suburban location–one where bus service is sparse. The Powers That Be seem to forget not everyone has a car (registration is elastic, depending on age; insurance is dependent on where one lives and the poor are heavily penalized). The question has to be asked: does the lack of vehicular access equal lack of voting access? Just plain shady.
